ORD Domicile
My plans for ORD as Chair:
LISTEN to our pilots and RESPECT each pilot’s opinions/views. Everyone should be heard!
Represent our ORD voice at the board table and represent pilots when dealing with management.
Use the knowledge of our subject matter experts during union meetings/town halls.
Maintain communication to a few times per month, or as much as needed when pertinent issues arise.
Increase membership unity by being transparent and accountable, through listening and honesty.
Having more informal, cost-efficient unity events around Chicagoland and surrounding areas.
Increase membership participation, with emphasis on voting, through education, and unity events.
Continue the great ORD Chief pilot relationship we have at our base!
Work together with our newly elected Vice Chair: Unity starts in leadership!
